JUNE SALES: We ended last month at 116% of last June sales! :) Yayyy!
KEGS: Please make sure all the kegs are getting shaken up when you open. This is very important to ensure that the bottom of the keg isn't super strong and the top really weak. This will also give you an idea at the beginning of the day how full all of your kegs are! :)
After you shake them, please make sure to taste all of them as well. This should be happening at least once a day to make sure the drinks we are serving are perfect!! :)
CUSTOMER DRINKS: When a customer tries the drinks they've purchased, always pay attention to make sure that they like it. If a customer doesn't like their drink we will happily remake them something different! (I'm especially diligent about making sure our cold brew customers liked their drinks)
PICTURES: As a best practice... when you take pictures of a beverage to send to me, just take a picture of whatever you are drinking for the day. I appreciate not wanting to waste product and taking pictures of water with syrup, but if the color isn't accurate I'm ok with you just making a drink the correct way then either drinking it or giving it away.
EMPLOYEE BEVERAGES: Please be sure to ring out your customer beverages under "Employee Beverage"
MOBILE ORDERING: Please be talking to our customers about ordering through our mobile app. You can download it by searching "Pikes Peak Lemonade" on Apple or Android. Their first order will be 20% off (including concentrates and drink mixes even)
Make sure before you confirm an order that we have everything in stock they they're wanting. We have the ability to let them know that we'll need to substitute an item. Their phone number will be on it that you could call them if necessary as well.
I'm not going to advertise this on social media, but a customer can mobile order and park in the middle of Tejon and come in for their order.
