It's been a month since the last post, so this is a long one! Stick with me! :)
I printed a new book for June. Please use this book to record any notes for the day you’re working that may be needed to passed on to others. I’m hoping to use it to better keep us all on the same page.
Please read through every page in the book monthly. This will help us all stay current on discounts, procedure, catering options, etc. Initial each page once you’ve read through it.
I added the open/close check lists to the book as well.
If you notice something that I missed in the book, just write it in and I'll add it in next month. It's a work in progress!
We sold 94 metal straws last month. That’s about 10% of the cold RTD drinks (excluding refills) that we sold. Our goal for June is that 20% of cold RTD beverages are sold with a metal straw!
We ended last month at 15% over last May sales. For this month we will need to do average $680.78 to hit 15% over last June’s sales.
Please be sure that we are never turning away customers. If a customer walks in while you are working on your opening duties, just let them know you are still working on getting your samples out and welcome to please come in. Be sure to give them the same attention you would any other customer, we never want anyone to feel like they are inconveniencing us. Same goes for closing!
I say it often, but please be mentioning to people to tag us in their photos (or they can DM them). If we repost we will give them a free refill.
About 40% of our customers last month are apart of our loyalty program. While of course our goal would be 100% of customers, for next month let’s shoot for 60%. We send out great coupons to our loyalty customers including a $2 off coupon when they sign up (it doesn’t always come through immediately so they’ll have to use it for their next visit).
