Time Off Requests
I want to change up the procedure for requesting time off. Since you aren't able to ask for partial days off through the app, I would like all time off requests emailed to me. That way I can review the time and enter it in manually.
For example, Nate needed an evening off to go to a wedding but was still able to open that day. You can't request to do that through the app, but I can do it manually.

Please remember to be mentioning the loyalty program to our customers. We want to enter each customer in with their name, email, and phone number. The whole reason that companies do loyalty programs is to get customers emails. We aren't going to spam them with a bunch of emails, but it does give us the ability to do an email campaign in the future.
Please don't just have them put their phone number in after the transaction is complete.

Please only give customers discounts that are printed on the "Approved Discounts" list in the binder. We need to all be consistently sending the same message to our customers. Even if it "just" an extra dollar off.
If a customer is wanting more of a discount, they will need to talk to Ches or Lisa to have that approved.
